Ten commandments
So Moses was in the water, in the desert, and ate manna, all before he was on top of the mountain to receive the ten commandments.
The kids wrote the commandments on strips of paper and decorated them. We glued them into a paper chain and tried to shackle each other together. But what happens when you break one of the commandments? The chains aren't strong enough to hold anything together.
We also memorized John 2:10 "For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is guilty of breaking all of it."
If you are wondering we "broke" commandment number 5 in our chain, if you have kids you know why!!
