Fudge

This has got to be the easiest fudge recipe ever, if it isn't let me know, because I am all about the easy button!

Ingredients:
2 bags chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Pour the chips into a big bowl, pour the milk over the top of the chips, microwave for 2 minutes. Stir it up and pour it into an 8x8 pan. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Voila! Delicious, easy, fudge!

You can use any flavor chips you want, white chocolate, butterscotch, anything. Our personal favorite is half milk chocolate chips, half peanut butter chips.

Also, notice I didn't say fat-free fudge, or low-calorie fudge, make no mistake this is not good for you. Just easy and delicious!

Mmm! I love fudge, and since I'm supposed to be bulking up on calories, I think I'll give it a try! Thanks!

You can also take the can of sweetened condensed milk, place it in a pot of boiling water until the top pops up (about 4 hours) and you will have dolce de leche (some awesome flavored caramel) great for an ice cream topping.
