Funny Money

I came across this idea while surfing this weekend, surfing the net that is. It is a great way to display the coins my husband has brought home from his deployments, and when he gets home tonight, he can tell me what they are and I will write it on the back of the magnets. I have lots of ideas swimming around for teaching the kids about pennies, nickels, dimes and quarters this way too. It was VERY fast, VERY easy, just a matter of hot gluing the coins onto some button magnets.

That's pretty neat. I was wondering if you would like to be our featured mommy this week on This Modern Mommy. I know it is short notice, but I can't contact the next person in line. You are e next person - are you interested? Please let me know today (modernmommyhood (at) gmail (dot) com). I will send you the questions. I will need to have the answers by tomorrow (Wednesday) night. Thanks!

that is a neat idea. My youngest boy collests coins and we have no where to put them...I may have to figure out some way to make this work.
Thanks for sharing!
