Prayers for my family

2Co 2:14 But thanks be to God, who in Christ always leads us in triumphal procession, and through us spreads the fragrance of the knowledge of him everywhere.
2Co 2:15 For we are the aroma of Christ to God among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing,

I don't know exactly what these verses mean, but I intend to study them out. Isn't that a beautiful word picture?! Christ leading us in triumphal procession, and the fragrance of the knowledge of Him.

Lord, thank you that you are saving people, that you are rescuing them, and that you have rescued me from certain death. Thank you for using us to do your work in their lives, as we spread your fragrance Lord, I pray that we would be careful not to stink it up! As we go about our duties Lord, help us to see you leading, and the be overjoyed that we are a part of your triumphal procession! In Jesus name, Amen.
